WindingRiver.com invites guest editors to submit information that further expands the Civil War Almanac or new insights into Civil War related issues.  These submissions may be in the form of articles archived on WindingRiver.com or links to articles on other websites. 

	Dr. Cecelia Robinson is a professor of English at William Jewell College and a member the Clay County Historical Millennium Board and the Clay County African American Legacy Inc. In addition to contributions to the Civil War 150 project, Dr. Robinson participates in WindingRiver.com's Student Essay program.
